The Grill by A CUT
Asia’s Top Three, Taiwan’s Only Michelin-Starred Steakhouse — A New Live-Fire Concept
Founded in 2007, A CUT Steakhouse has been awarded one Michelin star six times, earning its distinction as one of only three Michelin-starred steakhouses in Asia and the only one in Taiwan. Its wine program has also received continued recognition from leading authorities including Wine Spectator and Star Wine List, establishing A CUT as a destination steakhouse celebrated for its refined food and wine pairings.
As A CUT celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2026, it presents a new culinary chapter: The Grill by A CUT, its first new brand dedicated to live-fire cuisine.
Space|Inspired by the Arena
Inspired by modern arenas and the Art Deco movement of the 1920s, the space combines light oak, dark rosewood, amber pressed glass, and soft lighting to create a New American aesthetic where classic elegance meets contemporary energy. The bright and inviting main dining area contrasts with private salons featuring burgundy tones and geometric details, offering distinctive settings for dining, business gatherings, and private celebrations.
Wine|World-Class Wines × Terroir Stories
Curated by A CUT's professional sommelier team, the wine list features renowned estates from classic regions including the Rhône Valley, Burgundy, and the United States. A diverse selection of wines and non-alcoholic beverages allows each glass to reveal not only its flavor, but also the story of its terroir and winemaking heritage. The 16-seat private salon is ideal for wine dinners, business gatherings, and private tastings.
Cuisine|Live-Fire Char × New American
Building on A CUT's Michelin-starred steakhouse craftsmanship, The Grill by A CUT turns to Longan wood fire to create its signature charred flavor profile, where rich fats meet the flames. From premium steaks and charcoal-grilled seafood to burgers, the menu carries forward A CUT's mastery of flavor balance while embracing the relaxed and effortless spirit of New American cuisine.
