Thank you for staying with Ambassador Hotel Hsinchu. We kindly remind you to review the hotel's relevant instructions before check-in to safeguard your rights.

From 25 July 2020, check in time will be adjusted to 4 pm, check out time also be adjusted to 11 am.

The government has announced that starting January 1, 2025, all hotels in Taiwan will be legally prohibited from providing disposable amenities. Our hotel will therefore no longer offer disposable amenities such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, hairbrushes, shaving sets, and shower caps. However, we will continue to provide large-sized shampoos and shower gels.

Amenities and facilities opening hours will be adjusted, pleased to visit''what's new'' on our official website for further information.

According to the law of “Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act”, smoking is prohibited in all indoor public areas of the hotel. Violators may face a fine of NT$2,000 to NT$10,000.

Smoking in the room will also result in charges to the occupying guest for cleaning fee of NT$5,000 or more, depending on the cost of repairing any damage if found during his or her stay.

Guest staying at the hotel are deemed to agree to abide by the hotel‘s management regulations and use the hotel room and facilities.

In the event of intentional or negligent damage to the hotel room and facilities, it shall be responsible for compensation.

Pets are strictly prohibited from entering guest rooms, restaurants, and public areas throughout the hotel, with the exception of guide dogs. Please place your pets in the designated area provided by the hotel.
