A brand new Shabu-Shabu restaurant, A SHABU, has just opened on the 12th floor of Ambassador Hotel Hsinchu. The bar area of the restaurant can host up to 24 people, and the sofa area can host up to 20 people, hence A SHABU is perfect for you whether you are organizing a small group gathering or something more. 

To maintain food safety, A SHABU selects fresh, locally produced ingredients in Taiwan and ensures that no artificial chemicals are used in our flavored broths. A SHABU also offers top grade Kagoshima Odagyu imported directly from Japan which is known for its high marbling.

In addition to shabu-shabu hot pots, A SHABU also provides a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including wines, sakes, beers, and soft drinks imported from Japan.
